Self esteem is about our own sense of self worth, it is how we value ourselves and how important we feel we are. Self confidence is about having faith in our abilities.

Low levels of self confidence and self esteem can negatively impact many areas of a persons day to day life. I recommend booking an Initial Consultation first. This gives us the chance to begin to explore your issues and your requirements further, give you honest answers to any questions you might have and give you a realistic estimate of the number of sessions you may require.

Many specific confidence and self esteem related issues can often be dealt with in as little as 4 to 6 one hour sessions, for more generalised or deeply rooted problems, 7 to 12 sessions may be required. Session are usually spread out over a number of weeks or months. However as we are all unique individuals, you decide when you have reached resolution.

I see individual clients in a consulting room in my home in Chorlton-cum-Hardy in South Manchester, close to junction 7 & 8 of the M60 and the end of the M56.

About Nigel Magowan

Nigel Magowan is a professional Contemporary Psychotherapist, Advanced Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, a Licensed NLP Master Practitioner and an EFT Practitioner.
